Each admin user of the account can access your purchase history, your invoices, change your payment details, change your plan, and much more. Whereas other tiers of users are able to revoke, change, assign licenses to others added to the organisation account.
We accept the following payment methods:
All the major credit cards and debit cards - Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Carte Blueue, Union Pay.
We accept bank transfer, but do note that any levy or tax imposed by the authorities will have to be paid for by the user and VRcollab will not absorb such cost.
You can make changes to your organisation's plan at any time by cancelling the current plan and subscribing to a new one.
(Note that we offer no refunds for the remainder of the cancelled plan and the plan will continue to be usable until it expires)
All our products currently are able to run locally on your machine and devices, with no internet access needed for a majority of our functionality.
